Chad Lam has extensive experience in project management and design in the architecture and real estate industry. Currently serving as Assistant Project Director at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, Chad oversees the design of the Guangzhou South Station TOD Project. With a background in architecture from The University of Hong Kong, Chad has previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Early Light Industrial Company Limited and Remedios Studio, and Senior Design Manager at Henderson (China) Investment Co. Ltd.
