Lerato Moshodi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They began their career in 2007 at Liberty Group South Africa as a Team Leader in the Intermediary Service Desk. After that, they worked as a Product Support and Testing Business Analyst within the same company from November 2010 to March 2012. Lerato then moved on to become a Service Delivery Manager at Liberty Group South Africa from November 2012 to November 2017. Following this, they joined Absa Group as a Service Delivery Manager from November 2017 to November 2021. Currently, Lerato is working as a Service Delivery Lead at Sun International, starting from November 2021.
Lerato Moshodi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Lerato earned a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg. For high school, Lerato attended St Barnabas College from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Lerato obtained a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg. Lerato also possesses several certifications, including IT Management for CIO Team from the University of the Witwatersrand, Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications from GIBS Business School, Future of Work from MIT Sloan School of Management, Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), ITIL Service Operations from Bytes Systems Integration, COBIT from Foster Millear, and ITIL Foundation from Pink Elephant.
