Leslie Shaw

Leslie is a co-founder and Partner Emeritus of Sun Mountain Capital. Prior to her role as Partner Emeritus, Leslie was the CFO and CCO of Sun Mountain Capital, where she was primarily responsible for accounting, report preparation, and back office processes. Prior to co-founding Sun Mountain Capital, Leslie was CFO of Kline Hawkes & Co, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Leslie has over 25 years of experience establishing and running back office operations for private equity organizations. She began her career in private equity in 1981 with Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm. Leslie has a BA in English from UCLA, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and is a certified public accountant (non-current license) in California.
