Ted Kirkpatrick

Ted Kirkpatrick is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science and human-computer interaction. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer at Sun Nuclear Corporation since May 2022, Ted has prior experience as an Independent Educator at Kirkpatrick Computing Services from January 2017 to May 2022. Ted's academic career includes significant tenures at Simon Fraser University, where positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor were held from July 2001 to December 2016, as well as a Postdoctoral Fellow position at the University of Oregon from September 2000 to May 2001. Ted earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Oregon, completing the degree between 1993 and 2000.
