J. Scott McGuire has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Starting from 1986, they held several positions at Frito Lay, including Division Supply Chain Director, Division Logistics Manager, Regional Distribution Manager, and various financial/transportation/warehousing/supply chain roles. In 2009, they joined Nestlé USA as the National Director of Transportation and Logistics. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Bonduelle Fresh Americas. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Laird Superfood before transitioning to the role of Strategic Advisor at Human Improvement. In 2022, they joined The No-Bake Cookie Co. as a Board Member and became the COO of Sun & Swell Foods. Throughout their career, McGuire has also provided consultancy services and served in advisory and fractional leadership roles, specializing in team building, productivity, and customer service solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and warehousing operations.
J. Scott McGuire obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
