Niamh O Neill is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and IT training. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at Sunbeam House Services since June 2012, Niamh has also held the positions of Deputy Client Services Manager and Administration Support to CSM. Prior to this, Niamh worked as an IT Trainer for FAS from June 2005 to June 2012, delivering a variety of computer applications and office skills courses with high pass rates. Niamh’s earlier experience includes training at Gorey Community College and customer service roles at First Active from 1992 to 2000. Niamh's education includes a Level 6 qualification in Management Essentials and a Teachers Diploma in ICT, complemented by a diploma in Business Studies & Administration.
