Carol Rice

Carol Rice is an experienced accounting professional with a solid background in financial management and compliance. Currently serving as a Program Analyst 2 at Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources (SHARE) since January 2013, responsibilities include online food data reporting and tracking utility costs for various centers. Previously held roles at SHARE include Accountant Specialist, where accounts payable for 22 Head Start/Early Head Start locations were managed, and Information Specialist II, focusing on compliance and in-kind value accounting.
