John Mellon

John Mellon is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in construction and site development, currently leading projects at SunCal since March 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing a 292-unit Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Oxnard, as well as managing environmental compliance and permitting processes. Prior roles include Land Development Project Manager at Centex Homes and Project Manager/Infrastructure Superintendent at Wesco Development Company. John has a background in technical support and education, having served as a systems administrator and instructor. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCLA and a Novell Certified Network Engineer certification from Computer Learning Center.
