Ted von Bargen

Ted von Bargen is an experienced operations and reliability professional with over three decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Technical Manager at SunCoke Energy since August 2012, Ted focuses on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility earnings and ROI. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Reliability Engineer for a metallurgical coke and power generation site, Reliability Superintendent at Appleton Paper, and Reliability Engineer at Smart Papers. Ted has a solid foundation in maintenance engineering, project management, and reliability processes, developed through positions at International Paper and Champion International. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is certified in Six Sigma.
