Tom Fangmann

Tom Fangmann currently serves as the Director of Corporate Risk Management at SunCoke Energy, Inc., a position held since April 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing Risk Management programs, Insurance & Claims Management, Business Continuity, and Plant mitigation plans. Prior to this, Tom held various leadership roles in risk management at Sara Lee Corporation for nearly 20 years, where management of a $62 million insurance program and oversight of global property conservation initiatives were key responsibilities. Tom's earlier experience includes roles as an Account Engineer at FM Global and as a Senior Loss Prevention Engineer at FMEA, specializing in loss prevention engineering for diverse industries. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and holds an ARM designation from the Insurance School of Chicago.
