Rebecca Spitler

Rebecca Spitler has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources within the healthcare industry and beyond. Currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Manager at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since July 2022, Rebecca is responsible for managing recruitment efforts across nine offices in four states and overseeing recruitment for the sister company, Brighton Hospice in Georgia. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Consultant at Piedmont, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting for various positions in Physician Practices, and Human Resources Manager at Sacred Journey Hospice, where Rebecca established recruiting programs and conducted employee training. Additional experience includes HR roles at Thomas Concrete, Staffing Connections, Apollo Staffing, and Automation Personnel Services, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Rebecca is pursuing education at Georgia State University.
