Britte Maidra-Torro

Britte Maidra-Torro serves as the Head of PMO for dentsu Northern Europe, overseeing project management and strategic alignment across nine countries in the region. In addition to this role, Britte is the CEO and a board member of Dentsu Estonia AS, offering marketing and corporate communications services, and previously led Carat Estonia, focusing on team development and client success. As the founder and executive coach at Target Point, Britte provides tailored business consultancy services. Additionally, contributions to the academic field are made as a visiting lecturer at the University of Tartu, teaching marketing communication and media planning. Britte holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Finance and an MBA in Management and Marketing, and has held various positions in marketing and management across several companies.
