Marshall Seavers

Marshall Seavers has over 30 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Marshall started their career as a Plant Electrical Engineer at AFG Industries in 1986 and then served as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy from 1988 to 1996. During their time in the Navy, they held the position of Submarine Tactical Warfare Instructor and also served on board the USS John C. Calhoun.

After leaving the Navy, Marshall joined Lockheed Martin as an Advisor & Project Manager, where they oversaw and mentored Nuclear Operations management. Marshall was also responsible for project leadership and played a key role in the startup of two nuclear facilities.

In 1996, Marshall joined The W.W. Henry Company as a Plant Manager, where they managed all aspects of plant operations and the manufacturing of flooring and construction products. Marshall then moved to ARDEX in 2009, where they became the Plant Manager responsible for the construction, staffing, and startup of two plants. Marshall currently serves as the Plant Manager for both facilities, overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of various floor and construction products.

Most recently, Marshall worked at SUNDEK as the Vice President of Finance & Logistics, starting in 2014.

Marshall Seavers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1984 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Operations Management from Brenau University between 1992 and 1994.
