Ben Lee

Ben Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ben currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Sundown Solutions since December 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Dentsu Aegis Network as a Collaboration Platform Manager from February 2018 to December 2019 and as a Senior SharePoint Administrator from February 2017 to February 2018.

Before joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Ben worked at Microsoft Corporation as a SharePoint Escalation Engineer for their Online Services division from June 2011 to May 2016. Ben was responsible for handling third-line escalations and product bugs for Microsoft's hosted SharePoint Solutions.

Ben also had experience at Outsourcery as a SharePoint Support Advisor from February 2009 to June 2011, where they provided support, training, and customization of SharePoint for customers. Ben previously worked at NHS Rochdale as a SharePoint Administrator from August 2007 to February 2009, where they were involved in the implementation and maintenance of the organization's Intranet using SharePoint.

Ben's earlier roles include working as a Web Administrator at LGC Promochem, where they maintained and administered a corporate intranet using SharePoint 2003, and as a Computer Technician at Lamaid LTD from January 2000 to January 2002.

Ben Lee studied at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2007 and obtained a Bsc in Computing & Networking, specializing in I.T. Ben has also obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, and Microsoft Certified Trainer for 2022-2023. Ben has also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification, although the specific month and year are not provided.
