Hazer Kaplan

Hazer Kaplan is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in compliance and maintenance engineering. Currently serving as the Compliance / Independent Monitoring Lead Engineer at SunExpress since May 2014, Hazer oversees compliance monitoring, independent auditing, and documentation management in line with various regulatory approvals. Previous roles include Line Maintenance Documentation Engineer at SunExpress and Maintenance Planning Engineer at Baris Aviation Flight School, where Hazer also instructed aviation courses. Hazer’s career began at TARKIM AIR, focusing on maintenance planning and regulatory compliance. Hazer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
