Aileen Tith Coulter has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aileen began their career in 2008 as a Certified Medical Assistant at KERN Faculty Medical Group. Aileen then worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from 2010 to 2012. Aileen joined AcceptanceNow in 2012, starting as an Assistant Store Manager before becoming a Store Manager and later a District Manager IT. Aileen worked at AcceptanceNow until 2019. In 2019, Aileen joined Account Resolution Group, LLC as a Rehabilitation/Collections Specialist for the Department of Education. Aileen also briefly served as a Client Support Agent for the U.S Small Business Administration before leaving in 2021. Aileen then worked as a Prospective Determination - Claims Analyst (Translator) at the Employment Development Department from 2022 to 2023. Following that, they served as a HAF Mortgage Assistant at Maximus Federal - Arizona Department of Housing for a few months in 2023. Currently, Aileen is working as a Client Advocate at SunFire.

Aileen Tith Coulter began their education at South High School, where they obtained their high school diploma between 1999 and 2004. Following their high school education, they pursued a degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Bakersfield Adult School from 2006 to 2007. A year later, from 2007 to 2008, they continued their education at Bakersfield Adult School, this time focusing on Medical Billing and Coding. In 2008, they attended Boston Reed College to gain expertise as a Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist. Lastly, from 2009 to 2011, Aileen Tith Coulter attended San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Pharmacy Technician/Assistant.
