T.S. began their work experience in the healthcare industry in 2016 as a Healthcare Sales Associate at Erickson Senior Living. They then joined Healix, LLC in 2018, where they worked as a Business Development Representative from June 2018 to July 2019, and later as a Client Services Analyst from July 2019 to February 2020. In 2020, T.S. joined Aledade, Inc. as a Provider Outreach Specialist, a role they held until October 2021. Currently, they work as a Value Based Care Project Manager at SunFire, starting in October 2021.
