Lea Ann Shearer

Lea Ann Shearer is an experienced professional in long-term care coordination and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Long Term Care Coordinator at Sunflower Health Plan since February 2023, Lea Ann previously held roles as a Representative Guardian and Representative Payee Coordinator at Arcare, Inc. from December 2018 to January 2023. From February 2005 to August 2018, Lea Ann was the Executive Director of Paws for Freedom, Inc., a nonprofit organization. Additionally, Lea Ann worked as a Teaching Assistant at Horizon Academy from January 2010 to June 2012, supporting classroom management and individual student assistance.
