Rodney Castleman

Rodney Castleman is an experienced project manager and business administrator with over 20 years of expertise in the construction and operational management sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sunland Group, Inc., Rodney oversees Fire Alarm and Fuel projects at Denver International Airport, managing project development, design review, and construction oversight. Previous roles include CEO of ITG Management Solutions, where Rodney significantly increased equipment leasing in Afghanistan and developed numerous proposals, as well as Operations Manager at The Bright Group, and Business Manager positions at SOC LLC and PAE, focusing on finance, procurement, and contract management. Rodney also has a background in cost and schedule analysis at Lockheed Martin and business operations management at KBR, Inc., specializing in government construction projects.
