Nicole Whitehead

Nicole Whitehead currently serves as the Director of Commercial Risk at Sunlight Financial, a role held since October 2020, following a successful tenure at Foley Business Capital LLC from September 2009 to October 2020. At Foley, Nicole held several key positions including Director of Operations, Credit and Underwriting, where expertise in credit risk management was demonstrated. Responsibilities included managing credit and underwriting teams, implementing electronic invoicing to improve payment timelines, and overseeing credit limit reviews. Nicole also collaborated with the finance team to conduct financial forecasts and resolved software issues in invoice systems. Prior to Foley, Nicole was the Controller at Churchill Transport Group from March 2005 to September 2009. Nicole earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Charleston between 1998 and 2004.
