Nikos Thomas

Nikos Thomas is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and supply chain management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lithium Batteries Assembly Sr Manager and Total Manufacturing Sr Manager at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems since April 2023, Nikos previously held various senior positions at PepsiCo from 1997 to January 2023, including E2E Assets Reliability and Maintenance Lead for Central Europe and multiple roles focused on performance excellence and continuous improvement. Prior to PepsiCo, Nikos worked as Managing Partner at Circular Solutions Consulting and held a managerial position at Piggy Meat Industry, along with consultancy experience in quality systems at Bureau Veritas. Academically, Nikos holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business, an MSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading, and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, complemented by a diploma in Business Studies and a certificate in Business Analytics with Big Data.
