Benjamin Gerhardt

Benjamin Gerhardt is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Director of Credit Strategies at Sunlight Financial since July 2021. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of SVP - Associate Director of Portfolio Management & Oversight at Santander Consumer USA from June 2019 to July 2021. Benjamin’s career began at PNC, where tenure spanned nearly a decade, involving roles such as Senior Portfolio Analytics and Strategy Group Manager and Unit Manager, as well as advancing to the position of Vice President. Earlier experience includes serving as a Product Analyst at Bristol West Insurance Group. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA in Finance and International Finance from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business, also from The University of Akron.
