Ricardo Rodriguez

Ricardo Rodriguez is a software developer who has over ten years of experience in the industry. Ricardo is currently the co-founder and CTO of Sunlight, a startup that helps companies grow a highly engaging learning culture. Ricardo was previously the Chief Technology Officer of Sunlight Technologies, where they were responsible for frontend and backend development and coaching using Ember.js and Ruby on Rails. Ricardo also worked as a Senior Developer at Chattermill, where they worked on the search feature and metrics calculation migration to Elasticsearch. Ricardo has also been a Senior Backend Developer at Livetobe_, where they were in charge of all backend services, including API design & implementation using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Ricardo Rodriguez has a PhD in Information and Knowledge Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá, a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Universidad Yacambú. Ricardo also has a CCNA from Cisco Networking Academy and studied music performance at Academia Latinoamericana de Violín.

Ricardo Rodriguez works with a small team of developers who report to him. Together they work on improving the software that powers the company's website and online platform. In addition to their team, Ricardo Rodriguez also works closely with the company's Head of Customer Success, Pamella Carrasquel, and Co-Founders & COO, Carlos Lagrange and Michael Narea.
