Deidre Fields

Deidre Fields is a seasoned logistics and operations professional with extensive experience in the transportation and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as a Logistics Manager at Pratt Industries since October 2017 and an Operations Manager at Raider Logistics since October 2016, Deidre oversees the dispatch of over 20 drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and utilizing various dispatch systems. Additionally, Deidre has held the position of Oil and Gas Dispatch Manager at Sunline Commercial Carriers since February 2012 and previously worked as an Oil and Gas Representative at Maersk Oil from May 2009 to January 2012. Early career experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Dillard's from November 2006 to May 2009. Deidre holds an Associate's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Abilene Christian University and completed honors classes at Celina High School.
