Karin Schallmo possesses extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Research and Development Manager and previously as Senior Food Scientist and Food Scientist at SunOpta since January 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Research and Development Scientist at Starbucks, where Karin focused on developing limited-time-offer beverages and health initiatives.
