Sonya Ferry

Sonya Ferry has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Sonya started their career at General Mills as a Packaging Engineer in 2005 and later became a Customer Packaging Solutions Manager. In 2011, they joined Eaton, where they held multiple positions including Global Leadership Development Program Participant, Global Product Manager, and Global Strategic Cost Out Manager. While at Eaton, they also served as the leader of the North America Events Committee for Eaton's women's network, supporting talent development and promoting inclusion and diversity culture. Sonya is currently working at SunOpta as a Director of Corporate Quality and has previously worked as an R&D Director.

Sonya Ferry earned a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University from 2001 to 2004. Sonya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2007 to 2010.
