Shane Ellis

Shane Ellis is an experienced operations and production manager with a robust background in the agriculture sector, particularly in pig farming. Currently serving as Operations Manager at SunPork Group since May 2022, Shane previously held various managerial roles, including Production Manager at Sunporkfarms South and Wasleys Piggery. Shane's career spans several positions, starting as Leading Hand at NT&RM Patersons in 1998 and progressing through roles such as Production Manager at Ludvigsen Family Farms and Mt Boothby Pastoral Co., as well as Northern Maintenance and Projects Manager at Sunporkfarms from August 2016 to May 2019.
