Lincoln Goh, Ph.D has extensive work experience in finance and management. Lincoln began their career at GE Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they created budget models and financial consolidation reports. Lincoln then moved on to Kimberly-Clark as a Regional Finance Manager, where they implemented cash management and credit control programs. Goh later joined Johnson & Johnson as a Regional Finance Manager, where they set up cash management banking and shared services in Southeast Asia. Lincoln then worked at Dell as a Financial Controller, where they achieved significant sales growth and improved team morale. Goh also held positions at Eco First and SiTo International as a Senior Vice President & CEO, and at Sunrider International as a Senior Regional Finance Manager and Finance Director. Throughout their career, Goh has been recognized for their achievements and implemented various initiatives to drive growth and improve efficiency.

Lincoln Goh, Ph.D has an extensive education history spanning from 1986 to 2019. Lincoln began their academic journey at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from 1986 to 1989.

Following their undergraduate studies, Lincoln Goh furthered their education by attending Kansas State University from 1990 to 1991. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law.

Driven by a passion for management and organizational dynamics, Lincoln Goh then pursued a Ph.D. (Doctor of Management) at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 2013 to 2019. Their doctoral research concentrated on various aspects of management, including Leadership, Organizational Culture, Strategies, Team Engagement, and Organizational Commitment.
