Abby Spencer

Abby Spencer is a skilled Groom Artist at Sunrise Animation Studios since March 2023, previously serving as a Junior Groom Artist. Abby gained experience as a CG Generalist Intern at Hinge, focusing on developing grooms, animating motion capture footage, and creating materials in both Maya and Unreal. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Effects and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation, Abby has also held various roles at iD Tech Camps, including Operations Lead and Director, where leadership and instructional quality were paramount. Abby's background includes managing a creative team for a 3D animated film project and extensive involvement in resident life at SCAD, demonstrating strong organizational and collaborative skills.
