Chiah Guo is an accomplished food safety and quality management professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Sunrise Soya Foods since December 2013. Chiah has held various leadership positions, including Senior National Manager of Quality Services, where responsibilities encompassed developing quality and food safety strategies, leading a team of 15, and successfully navigating multiple third-party audits. Previous roles include Quality System Manager, where Chiah coordinated regulatory audits and managed customer complaints, and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, focusing on national compliance plans. Chiah holds an MBA in Product & Service Management from UBC Sauder School of Business, a BSc in Food, Nutrition and Health from The University of British Columbia, and completed an MBA exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, contributing to a diverse educational background.
