Dennis Verdico

Dennis has responsibility for the finance function including Accounting and Treasury and serves as a strategic business partner to the other Corporate functions.

Prior to Sunrise, Dennis was the Controller for a $750 million business unit within Mauser Packaging Solutions, a manufacturer of rigid packaging where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis of both actual and forecasted results with complete P&L ownership.

Dennis also spent 19 years at McDonald’s Corporation in various finance and operational roles, including the Controller’s organization within the International Reporting group, Corporate Treasury managing the Company’s currency and commodity risk exposure. He also held an operational role within the U.S. Supply Chain, where he was responsible for managing more than $4.0 billion of spend including all the protein categories. He had oversight for supplier relationship management and strategic review of his categories. Prior to McDonald’s, Dennis spent four years with Arthur Andersen in Chicago.

Dennis is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He enjoys spending time with the family and being active outdoors. Dennis, his wife Eleanor, and their four children live in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
