Ivan Shyika

Ivan Shyika is an experienced game producer and project manager, currently serving as Chapter Chief of Staff for Full Sail University's National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In previous roles, Ivan successfully developed a multi-year project timeline and budget at Nightmire AS, managed a cross-functional team, and implemented a Scrum-inspired pipeline to secure additional funding. As a Team Leader and Senior Developer at Midnight Eagles, Ivan guided junior developers in creating a 3D Magic FPS game while refining game systems and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Ivan also gained significant recognition as a content creator on YouTube, producing over 50 high-quality game development tutorials and establishing a subscriber base of 3,000+. Ivan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Game Development at Full Sail University, building on a solid foundation of academic excellence from Kryvyi Rih Specialized School, where valedictorian honors were earned.
