Haley Sheldon

Haley Sheldon serves as the Organizational Culture & Engagement Partner at Triad Financial Services, Inc. since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing a company-wide employee experience strategy, onboarding new hires, promoting diversity initiatives, managing employee recognition platforms, and overseeing company communications and events. Prior to this role, Haley was the Social Media Advisor for the Salisbury University Women's Rugby Team from September 2018 to 2021, focusing on content creation and fundraising through social media platforms. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Community and Professional Communication from Salisbury University, earned in 2021.
