Mike Morris

Mike Morris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career at Montgomery Ward, where they worked as a warehouse associate before being promoted to merchandise pick-up clerk and eventually becoming a warehouse manager. In 1995, they joined Indianhead Trucklines as a dispatcher, where they handled the dispatching of tanker trucks and operated keep fills for gas stations. Mike then worked at Bestline Corp as a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher, before joining Snowland Freight Services in 1998 as a Freight Broker. At Snowland, they matched the needs of shipping customers with transportation partners and was the lead developer of the company's carrier selection and maintenance policy. Most recently, Mike has been working at Sunset Transportation, starting as an Operations Manager in 2018 and being promoted to Managing Director in March 2020.

Mike Morris completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management with a focus in Grain Marketing and Logistics Management from the University of Minnesota. Mike attended the university from 1988 to 1994.
