Tom Watson

Tom Watson is the Founder of Futura Energy Group, established in September 2021, which specializes in assisting organizations involved in the energy transition by providing talent acquisition services across EV technology, renewable energy, and grid modernization. Additionally, Tom serves as an Investor at SunShader and is the Startup Founder of a stealth project focused on Level 3 DCFC and microgrid applications. Prior to these ventures, Tom worked as an Energy Transition Consultant from July 2006 to September 2021, concentrating on energy and infrastructure sectors in the UK and US, where the expertise included completing projects on renewable energy, grid modernization, and decarbonization. Educational background includes studies at Heart of Worcestershire College.
