Vish Govindasamy

Vish Govindasamy, the Group Managing Director at Sunshine Holdings PLC since January 2007, also serves as the Chairman at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and The Employers'​ Federation of Ceylon. Previously, Vish was the CEO at Watawala Plantations Ltd from January 1997 to January 2005, successfully leading the company to become the most profitable plantation company in Sri Lanka. Vish's educational background includes a BSEE and MBA from the University of Hartford, where Vish later served as the Assistant Vice President for Finance from 1990 to 1997.
