Ricky Lafleur

Ricky LaFleur has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at JALH since September 2022, Ricky also works as a Parts Counter Sales Representative at Sunshine Quality Solutions, LLC since November 2021. Prior experience includes a position as a Warehouse Associate at AWC, Inc. from February 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving. Ricky's long-term role as Production Manager at HLR Controls Inc. from January 1995 to April 2016 involved employee staffing, training and development, as well as overall production supervision and management. Ricky holds a High School Diploma from Iota High School and has completed some coursework at LSUE in 1988.
