Matthew Jungblut

Matthew Jungblut has over 30 years of work experience in process engineering and quality systems. Matthew started their career at The Dial Corporation as a Quality Control Supervisor, where they contributed to the development and quality of various personal care products. Matthew then worked at Baxter as a Sr. Principle R&QE Engineer, responsible for process engineering, corporate reliability engineering, and laboratory supervision. At Unilever HPC, Matthew held the position of Senior Catagory Process Engineering Manager, overseeing global process development for hair products across 48 manufacturing sites. Matthew later joined Quality Mix Pro/YourEncore as President/Consultant, providing consulting services in process development engineering and quality systems. Matthew's most recent role was at Aveda, where they served as the Director of Process Engineering. Currently, they are the Director of Liquid Process Operations at Sunstar America.
