Alex Kragie has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Volunteer for Obama for America in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Special Assistant for the Obama-Biden Transition Team, followed by a Vice President role at Coalition for Green Capital from 2009 to 2011. Alex then worked at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection from 2011 to 2015, where they held the roles of Deputy Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to Commissioner Dan Esty. In 2015, they were a Solutions Consulting MBA Summer Associate for Opower, and from 2016 to 2022 they were the Director of American Green Bank Consortium, Director, Program Director, and Acting Executive Director of the Montgomery County Green Bank at Coalition for Green Capital. Alex is currently the Director of Business Development for Sunstone Credit.
Alex Kragie received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Dickinson College in 2007. Alex then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management in 2016.
