Heather Williams

Heather Williams is a Principal Solicitor and Director at Sunstone Legal, a firm focused on empowering clients with knowledge and legal solutions across wills, estates, employment law, and business and commercial matters since January 2022. Additionally, Heather serves as an Associate Lecturer at Curtin University's John Curtin Law Clinic, providing legal support to the community through education, and has experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at The College of Law Australia from March 2016 to June 2022. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Associate at Cullen Macleod, specializing in wills and estates, commercial law, and employment law, and has extensive litigation experience from various legal roles since 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from The University of Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, and dual degrees in Law and Commerce from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
