Joy Rother

Joy Rother has a strong background in the banking industry, with over 30 years of experience. Joy began their career at Investors Savings Bank in 1990 as a Compliance Officer and worked there until 1996. During this time, they gained expertise in regulatory compliance. In 1994, they joined Firstar Bank as a Business Analyst, where they played a key role in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. In 1996, Joy joined SunStream Business Services as a Senior Project Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager. Joy has been with SunStream Business Services for over 25 years and has been instrumental in the successful implementation and management of various projects. Joy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, business analysis, and compliance.

Joy Rother received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas. Joy attended the university from 1984 to 1988. Currently, they hold an additional certification in the Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, which they obtained from LinkedIn in November 2022.
