Marsha Hague, CTFL-MAT, CTFL-AT

Marsha Hague has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Senior Production Support Analyst at Assurant, where they monitored batch processing on multiple platforms, fixed JCL errors, and resolved storage issues. Marsha received recognition from internal customers for their work. In 2014, Marsha took a sabbatical to work as an owner-builder on their home and participated in self-improvement and professional development webinars. Marsha then worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Computer Operator III, where they created and maintained the Data Center Home Page and monitored batch processing on various systems. Marsha joined uTest in 2021 as a Tester and performed testing on websites, mobile apps, and devices. Finally, they joined SunStream Business Services as an IT Operations Analyst, where they deployed mainframe and distributed systems code, investigated late alerts, and fixed JCL errors.

Marsha Hague completed general education courses at Rochester Community and Technical College, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
