Michael Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael began their career at IKON Document Services, where they worked as a Sales Manager from 1990 to 1993. Michael then became a Managing Partner at IKON Document Services from 1993 to 1999, before transitioning to the role of Strategic Accounts Regional Manager from 1999 to 2000.

After their time at IKON Document Services, Anderson joined Corporate Express as the Division Vice President Sales. Here, they directed B2B efforts and achieved significant revenue growth, increasing SMB sales by 130% and total annual revenue by 18%. Michael also improved ecommerce order processing and fulfillment operations turnaround times by 65%. Anderson worked at Corporate Express from 2000 to 2002.

Following Corporate Express, Anderson became the President & Managing Partner at Malones Landscape Management, where they built a successful B2B facilities services provider. Under their leadership, the company achieved 65% year-over-year revenue growth and built a portfolio of 250 accounts, including notable clients such as Fred Meyer Stores, Simon Property Group Premium Outlets, and City of Bellevue. Anderson held this position from 2002 to 2009.

Next, Anderson joined LandCare LLC as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a 10-member sales team and securing $16.8 million in total annual revenue. Michael was later promoted to the role of General Manager, responsible for leading the Seattle market and achieving $6 million in annual recurring revenue. Michael implemented strategies such as enhancing bidding accuracy and conducting quarterly business reviews, resulting in a 16% increase in customer retention. Anderson worked at LandCare LLC from 2009 to 2016.

After LandCare LLC, Anderson joined ThriftBooks as the Director of Business Development, Strategic Source. Here, they were responsible for building a strategic supply acquisition program targeting high-margin opportunities and managing the National Account Management team. Michael achieved $13.2 million in annual revenue and maintained a 96.5% partner retention rate. Anderson worked at ThriftBooks from 2016 to 2020.

Most recently, Anderson joined Sunstream Corp as the Vice President of Sales in 2020.
