Vishnu V S has a range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Linux administration. Vishnu started their career as an HR Associate at UST in 2016 and worked there until 2019. During their time at UST, they gained experience in various HR functions. In 2016, they also briefly worked as a Linux Administrator at Spectrum. Currently, Vishnu is employed at SunTec Business Solutions as an HR Executive, a role they have held since 2019. Vishnu was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager - HR in March 2022.

Vishnu V S completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Valiya Koonambaikulathamma College of Engineering and Technology from 2012 to 2016. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Vishnu V S has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Anexas Europe in October 2020, as well as certifications in time management, communication, Excel, team-building, and leadership skills from LinkedIn in July 2020.
