Tyler Harris

Tyler Harris serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Suntex Marinas since April 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) from October 2019 to January 2024, where Tyler held various roles including Vice President and Senior Director of Real Estate Counsel. Prior legal experience was gained at JONES DAY® as an Associate and Summer Associate, in addition to an internship with the Legal Department at Yum! Brands. Tyler began a career in management at T and T Fireworks and contributed as a Development Operation-Correspondence Intern at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and dual bachelor’s degrees in Financial Consulting and Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
