Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Kentucky Beam Bourbon Affairs at Beam Suntory since August 2010. In this role, Kevin leads a team focused on enhancing the company's corporate citizenship and engages with public and legislative agendas in Kentucky. Previously, Kevin held positions including Project Director for the North American SAP implementation and Director of Bourbon Distillery Operations, managing significant projects across multiple distilleries. Prior to Beam Suntory, Kevin was the Plant Manager and Master Distiller at Maker's Mark Distillery from January 1998 to August 2010. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1983 and 1987.
