Paul Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insights and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as the International Insight Director and Global Head of Shopper Insight at Suntory Global Spirits, Paul has previously held significant roles, including Global Director of Insights, Planning and Performance at Asahi International, and Head of European Innovation at Diageo. Their career also includes leadership positions at Ferrero, where Paul was Head of Insight, and various roles in insight management. Paul holds an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and an MA in European Business and Politics from Oxford Brookes University.
