Srun Paothawee

Srun Paothawee serves as the People Excellence Lead and P&C Business Partner at Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) since August 2022, contributing to APAC and Global HR Digitalization Projects and HRIS while focusing on business partnering for the Non-Sales portfolio and data analytics. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation & Benefits Manager and People & Culture Business Partner at Amadeus from July 2018 to August 2022, overseeing people agendas, expatriation, and talent initiatives while collaborating on the Workday project. Srun was also the Head of Talent Management, Engagement, and Communications at Zuellig Pharma from July 2016 to July 2018, managing various aspects of talent acquisition, performance management, and internal communication. Srun holds degrees from the University of Essex and Mahidol University.
