Yuliana Rybka

Yuliana Rybka is an experienced IT Recruiter at Sunvery since September 2021, responsible for creating job descriptions, captivating postings, and effective mailing campaigns while developing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies. Key tasks include CV screening, conducting initial interviews, managing client relationships, coordinating candidate interviews, and providing comprehensive recruitment process reporting. Yuliana also offers candidates support throughout the recruitment cycle and has experience in part-time lead generation. Prior to this, Yuliana worked as an English Tutor at Language Time from October 2018 to July 2021, organizing classes and preparing teaching materials, and held a position as a Hospitality Assistant at Fédération Échanges France Ukraine in July 2019. Yuliana holds a Master of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Ternopil National Pedagogical University, along with a Senior degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brody Pedagogical College.
