Peter Miller

Peter Miller is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Sunwater on the Burdekin Falls Dam project since October 2022, Peter has previously held key roles including Engineering Manager for the Gold Coast Light Rail - stage 3 at John Holland and Design Director at Ghella Australia. Peter's extensive career includes positions at Cardno, where Peter contributed to strategic project delivery, and BMD Constructions, where Peter was involved in major infrastructure projects such as the Legacy Way Tunnel and Haughton River Floodplain Upgrade. Peter's foundational experience began at KBR, Inc., advancing from cadet drafter to Queensland Business Operations Manager over a span of 26 years. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
